The Rajasthan Public Service Commission has published the RPSC 1st Grade Teacher Syllabus on it’s official website and the syllabus is almost same as per the previous year’s syllabus. Aspirants who are willing to appear for the upcoming year’s RPSC Teacher Exam are requested to download the syllabus from the official website and start preparing for it from now. The syllabus for every post is a little bit different but offers same ideology.

RPSC 1st Grade Teacher Syllabus Basic Overview

The RPSC 1st Grade Teacher syllabus is divided into two papers i.e. Paper 1 and Paper 2. The Paper 1 syllabus includes topics like General Awareness & General Studies contains subject like History, Geography, Polity and Current Affairs.

The Paper 2 consists of subject as per the candidates interest or on the specific subject they have been graduated or completed PG Degree i.e. English, Mathematics or Science. The Exam paper for both the Paper 1 & Paper 2 Exam will be based on the OMR Based Multiple-Choice-Questions.

There will be negative marking for both the paper. So, try to attend only those questions first you are totally confident about. If, there is some time left after attending all the correct questions, then, you can take a little bit risk to attend some questions which is required guessing.

RPSC School Lecturer Exam Pattern & Syllabus 2025-26

The RPSC School Lecturer exam syllabus is divided into two papers i.e. Paper 1 and Paper 2. The Paper 1 is called General Studies consisting 75 question carrying 150 marks in total. You will get 1 hour and 30 minutes to complete the whole paper.

The Paper 2 consists of the subject selected by the candidates or on which subject they have completed their specialized degree or PG Degree. It can be English, Mathematics or Science. The Paper 2 consists of 150 Multiple-Choice-Questions carrying 300 marks in total. You will be given 3 hours in total to finish the Paper 2 Exam.

Both the Paper will be based on the Multiple-Choice-Questions and there will be negative marking also. You will be awarded 2 Marks if you make one correct answer. There will be a reduction of 1/3rd marks if you make any wrong answer. The Minimum Qualifying Marks is 40% for both the papers.

RPSC School Lecturer Coach Exam Pattern & Syllabus 2025-26

The RPSC School Lecturer Coach exam carrying 450 marks in total, and If you have taken part in sports or tournaments in your school or college time, you can get extra 40 marks. The exam has two papers just like the above post.

Paper I carrying 150 marks in total and you will get 1 hour 30 minutes to finish the whole exam.

Paper II is carrying 300 marks in total and you will get 3 hours to complete it.

Both the papers will be based on Multiple-Choice-Questions, where you have to choose the correct answer from the given options.

But remember, if you make any wrong choice, 1/3rd mark will be deducted for each wrong answer. So, stop guessing instead attend only those questions which you are confident about.

RPSC School Lecturer Exam Pattern & Syllabus 2025-26 for Physical Education

The RPSC School Lecturer exam for the Physical Education subject consists of two papers. The total marks for this exam are 460. If you have taken part in any sports or tournaments at the state, national, or international level, you can get extra 40 marks.

The Paper I carrying 200 marks and the Paper II carrying 260 marks in total. You will get 2 hours to complete each paper. So, the whole exam of Paper 1 and 2 will be completed in 4 Hours.

The exam will have multiple-choice questions. This means each question will give you some options, and you have to choose the correct answer out of the given options. In total, there will be 230 questions in the whole exam.

You have to remember that If you make any wrong choice, 1/3rd mark will be deducted for each wrong answer. So, it’s important to answer only those which you are sure about.

How to Cover RPSC School Lecturer (PGT) Syllabus 2025-26 at Home ?

If you want to prepare for the RPSC School Lecturer (PGT) exam at home without going to any coaching center, you can do it easily by making simple but smart study schedule.

First of all, You have to read the whole RPSC Syllabus a couple of times for both Paper 1 and Paper 2 unless you can make a clear picture of it in your head.

After understanding the whole syllabus for both the papers in detail, you have to choose good books or study materials which is relevant to the syllabus as well as for the exam. You can get school-level books (Class 11 and 12), graduation-level notes and some simple guides that explain each topics clearly. You can also take help of any Online Resource available on the market i.e You Tube Videos or any govt recognized websites.

Now, You have to structure your whole day wisely so that you can decide what you will study in the morning, afternoon, and evening. You have make your study schedule flexible so that you can spend more time on difficult topics and spend a bit less time for easy topics of any subject.

You don’t need to cover everything in one day. Just be regular and cover one topic at a time. For example, start with General Knowledge or Rajasthan History in Paper I. When, you think you have gathered enough knowledge on it, you can move to your chosen subject for Paper II.

After studying any topics, you can make short notes in your own words so that you can revise all of it exactly before the exam day.

You have to practice the previous year question papers also so that you can get an idea about the exam pattern and the ongoing trends of the exam. It will help you to understand what type of questions can be asked in the upcoming exam.

You have to take at least one mock test in a day so that you can increase your speed, improve accuracy and time management capabilities.
