RPSC APO Eligibility Criteria 2026
Candidates applying for the Assistant Prosecution Officer post must fulfill the following eligibility criteria as specified in the official notification.
Educational Qualification:
Candidates must hold a Degree in Law (Professional) or an Integrated Law Course from a University established by law in India. They must also have working knowledge of Hindi written in Devnagri Script and knowledge of Rajasthani dialects and social customs of Rajasthan.

RPSC Assistant Prosecution Officer Selection Process 2026
The selection of candidates will be based on a two-stage competitive examination:
Stage 1 – Preliminary Examination (Objective Type) The preliminary examination will be objective type. 70% weightage will be given to the Law subjects as per the syllabus, and 30% weightage will be given for proficiency in Hindi and English language. Marks obtained in the Preliminary Examination will not count towards the final selection.
Stage 2 – Main Examination (Written) The Main Examination will consist of the following papers:
