- Category 2: CCAAs who had appeared in the NCVT examination before the last date of application but whose results were not yet declared were advised to fill in the date of their examination and flag that results were awaited.
However, many eligible CCAA candidates who appeared in the CBT still had not furnished their NCVT marks in the online application. To help these candidates claim their rightful benefits under the CCAA quota, the Railway Recruitment Boards have now opened this dedicated modification window.
Who Is Eligible to Use This Modification Window?
This facility is only for candidates who meet ALL three of the following conditions:
- You are a CCAA candidate who appeared in the CBT under CEN No. 08/2024.
- You had not furnished your NCVT examination marks in the online application at the time of applying.
- You had indicated the date of your last NCVT examination in the application.
Important: If you do not meet all three conditions above, you are not eligible to use this modification window.
What Can You Update in the Modification Window?
During the modification window (June 17–23, 2026), eligible candidates can:
- Fill in their NCVT certificate details (if not done earlier)
- Update their NCVT marks obtained in the examination
- Enter their National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) details
