South Western Railway, Railway Recruitment cell, Hubli is inviting application from the eligible candidates for 46 posts of Group ‘C’ and Erstwhile Group ‘D’. SPORTS QUOTA: 46 POSTS (UNRESERVED)
1. Group ‘C’: 21 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Higher Secondary Pass (10+2) or its equivalent for Pay band-1 Grade pay of Rs.1900/- OR Matriculation pass plus Completed Act Apprenticeship/ITI  approved by NCVT/SCVT for Pay band-1 Grade pay of Rs.2000/-.
Age Limit: Minimum-18 years and must not have attained the age of 25 years as on 01.01.2016
Pay Scale: Rs.5200-20200/- and Grade Pay Rs.1900 / 2000/-

 

2. Erstwhile Group ‘D’:Nos.
Educational Qualification: 10th Pass or ITI or equivalent.
Age Limit: Minimum-18 years and must not have attained the age of 25 years as on 01.01.2016
Pay Scale: Rs.5200-20200/- and Grade Pay Rs.1800/-

Application Fee: Candidates must pay Rs.100/- as Application Fee. Fee can be paid through Indian Postal Order (IPO) only. See officially released advertisement for more details.

NO APPLICATION FEE REQUIRED IN CASE OF SC/ST/EX- SERVICEMEN/PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES (PWDS), WOMEN, MINORITIES AND ECONOMICALLY BACKWARD CLASSES CANDIDATES.

 

Candidates’ Selection: The recruitment will be based on trials, assessment of sports achievements and general intelligence/personality etc.

 

How to Apply: Interested and eligible candidates may apply on prescribed application format (See PDF file below) along with attested copies of testimonials in support of Educational Qualification, Caste, Age, Experience certificate (if applicable) and any other relevant documents. All the testimonials should be in self-attested copies.
