  2. Click on the “About Us” section and then click on “RRC-SCR” to go to the RRC webpage.
  3. Click on the link “ONLINE ACT APPRENTICE APPLICATION” for the recruitment notification.
  4. Read all instructions carefully and click on the registration link.
  5. Select your state and district (must be from the eligible list) and upload corresponding address proof.
  6. Enter a valid mobile number and email ID, create a password, and submit to receive OTPs for verification.
  7. After OTP verification, fill out the application form with personal details, educational qualifications, and community information.
  8. Register on the NAPS portal: Before proceeding, complete your registration on www.apprenticeshipindia.gov.in to obtain your RDAT registration number.
  9. Upload the RDAT registration form along with other required documents.
  10. Choose your priority/preference for Railway Establishments for training (only for your trade).
  11. Upload a recent color photograph (not more than 1 MB, JPEG format) and specimen signature (not more than 1 MB).
  12. Upload scanned copies of all required certificates in PDF format (max 2 MB each).
  13. Preview the application form carefully to verify all details as no corrections will be allowed after submission.
  14. Click the “Submit” button for final submission.
  15. If applicable, pay the application fee through the online payment gateway.
