1. REGIONAL SECRETARY
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (SC- Regional Office, Kolkata)
Educational Qualification: i) Post Graduate degree from a recognised University in a language recognised by Akademi.
ii) General knowledge of Indian literature and contacts with the literary community.
iii) Knowledge of English and special knowledge of at least one language of the region and general awareness of other literatures in the region.
iv) Knowledge of Government Rules, procedure and accounts.
v) Basic knowledge of Computer application.
Experience: Five years relevant experience.
Desirable: i) A Research/ Doctoral degree in literature or published research work of equivalent standard.
ii) Published works of reasonable standard.
iii) Knowledge of Book Production and Publication.
Age Limit: Maximum 50 years.
Pay Scale: Rs.15600-39100/- with Grade Pay Rs.6600/-
2. DEPUTY SECRETARY (PUBLICATION)
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (OBC- Head Office, New Delhi)
Educational Qualification: i) Post Graduate degree from a recognised University in a language recognised by Akademi or equivalent.
ii) General knowledge of Indian literature and contacts with the literary community.
iii) Sound knowledge of at least one Indian language and good knowledge of English.
iv) Basic knowledge of computer application.
Experience: Five years relevant experience.
Desirable: i) A Research/ Doctoral degree in literature.
ii) Knowledge of Book Production and Publication.
iii) Experience in editing publications.
Age Limit: Maximum 50 years.
Pay Scale: Rs.15600-39100/- with Grade Pay Rs.6600/-

Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable as per Govt. rules.
