• Deputy Manager (CA-Internal Audit): Minimum 1-year post-qualification experience in Statutory/Internal/Concurrent Audit of Banks or with a CA firm engaged in such audits.

SBI Bank Deputy Manager and AVP Vacancy 2026 Selection Process

The selection process for candidates for the SBI SCO Vacancy 2026 includes the following stages.

• Shortlisting: Mere fulfilling the minimum qualification and experience will not vest any right in a candidate for being called for an interview. A committee will decide the shortlisting parameters, and an adequate number of candidates will be shortlisted for an interview.
• Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview which will carry 100 marks. Qualifying marks will be decided by the bank.
• CTC Negotiation (for AVP Post): For the contractual post of AVP (IS Audit), CTC negotiation will be done with the candidates at the time of the interview.
• Merit List: The final merit list for selection will be prepared in descending order based on the scores obtained in the interview only. In case of a tie, candidates will be ranked according to their age in descending order.

SBI SCO Salary 2026

• Assistant Vice President (IS Audit): This is a contractual post with an Annual CTC (Cost to Company) of up to Rs. 50.00 Lacs. The CTC is bifurcated into Fixed Pay and Variable Pay in an 85:15 ratio.
• Deputy Manager (Both Posts): These are regular posts in Middle Management Grade Scale – II with a pay scale of ₹64,820 – 2,340/1 – 67,160 – 2,680/10 – 93,960. Officials will be eligible for DA, HRA, CCA, Provident Fund, NPS, LFC, Medical Facility, and other perquisites as per rules.
