1. SENIOR SECTION ENGINEER (ELECTRICAL)
No. of Vacancies: 10 Nos. (UR-05, OBC-03, SC-01, ST-01)
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/ Electronics & Power Engineering OR combination of any sub stream of basic streams of Electrical from recognized University/ Institute with not less than 60% marks in aggregate or equivalent CGPA.
Age Limit: Minimum 20 years and maximum 35 years as on 01.01.2019.
2. SENIOR SECTION ENGINEER (CIVIL)
No. of Vacancies: 04 Nos. (UR-01, OBC-02, SC-01)
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from recognized University/ Institute with not less than 60% marks in aggregate or equivalent CGPA.
Age Limit: Minimum 20 years and maximum 35 years as on 01.01.2019.
3. SENIOR SECTION ENGINEER (S&T)
No. of Vacancies: 11 Nos. (UR-05, OBC-03, SC-02, ST-01)
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/ Electronics/ Information Technology/ Communication Engineering/ Computer Science & Engineering/ Computer Science/ Computer Engineering or M.Sc Electronics OR a combination of any sub stream of basic streams of Electrical/ Electronics/ Information Technology/ Communication engineering from recognized University/ Institute with not less than 60% marks in aggregate or equivalent CGPA.
Age Limit: Minimum 20 years and maximum 35 years as on 01.01.2019.
4. SENIOR SECTION ENGINEER (MECHANICAL)
No. of Vacancies: 03 Nos. (OBC-01, SC-01, ST-01)
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/ Industrial/ Automobile/ Production Engineering from recognized University/ Institute with not less than 60% marks in aggregate or equivalent CGPA.
Age Limit: Minimum 20 years and maximum 35 years as on 01.01.2019.
Note: Candidates should possess a valid Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) score in the years 2016/ 2017/ 2018 in respective / equivalent stream of examination.
The vacancies are in various Technical Departments of Konkan Railway Corporation Limited (KRCL).
Candidates who are Land losers (those candidates whose land has been acquired for Konkan Railway project) OR domicile of the states of Maharashtra, Goa and Karnataka are only eligible to apply.
Candidates awaiting results of the final examination of the prescribed educational qualification are not eligible to apply.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST and 03 years for OBC category.
