1. SUBJECT MATTER SPECIALIST
No. of Vacancies: 06 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Master’s Degree in Agronomy/ Horticulture/ Veterinary & Animal Science/ Fisheries/ Plant Protection (Entomology/ Pathology)/ Agricultural Extension from a recognized University.
Desirable: i) Doctoral degree in the relevant field.
ii) Two years’ experience of working in ICAR system or KVK or equivalent institution.
Age Limit: Maximum 35 years.
Pay Scale: Rs. 15600- 39100/- with Grade Pay Rs. 5400/-
2. PROGRAMME ASSISTANT (LAB TECHNICIAN)

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Science.
Desirable: i) Knowledge of Agricultural laboratories like plant, soil and water analysis.
ii) Experience in handling laboratory instruments and data analysis.
iii) Two years’ experience of working in ICAR system or KVK or equivalent institution.

3. FARM MANAGER

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture or Horticulture from a recognized University.
Desirable: i) Master’s Degree in Agronomy/ Horticulture.
ii) Experience in farm management with knowledge in English, Hindi and Bengali.
iii) Two years’ experience of working in ICAR system or KVK or equivalent institution.
Age Limit: Maximum 30 years.

4. PROGRAMME ASSISTANT (COMPUTER)

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from a recognized University.
Desirable: Master’s Degree in Computer Application/ Computer Science and experience in relevant field with proficiency in English, Hindi and Bengali.
Age Limit: Maximum 30 years.

5. ASSISTANT

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from a recognized University.
Desirable: Two years of working experience in maintaining accounts, working knowledge of computers, knowledge of various software related to accounts.
Age Limit: Maximum 27 years.

6. STENOGRAPHER GRADE-III

Educational Qualification: Higher Secondary (10+2) pass and knowledge of computer.
Desirable: Two years’ of working experience.
Age Limit: Maximum 27 years.
Pay Scale: Rs. 5200-20200 with Grade Pay Rs. 2400/-
7. DRIVER
No. of Vacancies: 02 Nos.
Educational Qualification: i) Matriculation from a recognized Board.
ii) Possession of a valid and appropriate driving license.
Desirable: i) One year trade certificate in the relevant field from ITI.
OR
ii) Experience in driving car, jeep, tractor and other farm machinaries in a recognized Institutions.
OR
iii) Experience in motor mechanic work.
Age Limit: Maximum 30 years.
Pay Scale: Rs. 5200-20200 with Grade Pay Rs. 2000/-
8. SKILLED SUPPORTING STAFF
No. of Vacancies: 02 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Matriculation from a recognized Board.
Desirable: i) Training in agriculture and allied subjects or having skill in any agriculture related technologies.
ii) Good knowledge in local language and proficiency in cycling / two-wheeler driving.
Age Limit: Maximum 25 years.
Pay Scale: Rs. 5200-20200 with Grade Pay Rs. 1800/-
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable as per Govt. rules.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Skill Test and Interview wherever applicable. For the post of Stenographer, candidates shall have ability to take dictation test at 80 wpm for 10 minutes with Transcription 50 minutes in English and 65 mins in Hindi and Bengali on computer.
