1. SOLDIER GENERAL DUTY
Educational Qualification: Class 10th/ Matric pass with 45% marks in aggregate and 33% in each subject.
Age Limit: Born between 01/10/1998 to 01/04/2002.
2. SOLDIER TECHNICAL
Educational Qualification: 10+2/ Intermediate exam pass in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Maths and English with 50% marks in aggregate and 40% in each subject.
Age Limit: Born between 01/10/1996 to 01/04/2002.
3. SOLDIER TECH NA (AMC)/ NA VET
Educational Qualification: 10+2/ Intermediate exam pass in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English with min 50% marks in aggregate and 40% in each subject.
Age Limit: Born between 01/10/1996 to 01/04/2002.
4. SOLDIER CLERK/ STORE KEEPER TECHNICAL/ INVENTORY MANAGEMENT
Educational Qualification: i) 10+2/ Intermediate exam pass in any stream (Arts, Commerce and Science) with 60% marks in aggregate and minimum 50% in each subject.
ii) Securing 50% in English and Maths/ Accounts/ Book keeping in Class12th is mandatory.
Age Limit: Born between 01/10/1996 to 01/04/2002.
Army Recruitment Rally for the posts will be held from 1st August, 2019 to 10th August, 2019 at Army Public School (Primary Wing) Ground on Major General Rajindar Singh Sparrow Road, Jalandhar Cantt.
Only candidates of districts Kapurthala, Shahid Bhagat Singh Nagar, Jalandhar and Hoshiarpur are eligible to apply.
Physical Standards:
(i) Height — 170 cms (162 cms for Sl. No. 4) (163 cms (162 cms for Sl. No. 4) for candidates hailing for Kandi Area); Chest (unexpanded) — 77 cms; Chest (expanded) — 82 cms; Weight — 50 kgs (48 kgs for candidates hailing for Kandi Area)
Candidates must not have knock knee, flat foot, varicose vein or squint in eyes and should possess high colour vision. They must be in good mental and bodily health and free from any physical defect likely to interfere with the efficient performance of the duties.

Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Physical Fitness Test, Physical Measurement Test, Medical Test and Written Test.
