SSC JE Telecommunication City Slip 2026
The JE (Telecommunication) city slip has not been released yet. As per SSC, the city slip for this post will go live 8–10 days before the exam, which is scheduled for 30 November to 1 December 2026.
SSC JE Scientific Assistant Subject Change
Some candidates who applied for JE (Telecommunication) were also eligible for JE (Electrical) and IMD Scientific Assistant (SA). For such candidates who selected SA, the Commission has set EC/TC as the default subject.
These candidates can switch to CS/IT or Physics at the time of city live, until 27 October 2026 (11:00 PM). No change will be allowed after that, and candidates must appear in the subject shown on their admit card.
SSC JE 2026 Own Scribe Guidelines
- Scribe registrations made before 5 November 2025 have been disposed of, so a fresh registration is required.
- Scribe registration is now linked with Aadhaar authentication.
- Candidates must submit their scribe’s registration number to generate the Scribe Entry Pass.
- Own Scribe OTR mapping is open until 27 October 2026 (11:00 PM). The Entry Pass is generated only for candidates who complete this mapping.
- The maximum age limit for an own scribe follows SSC’s updated policy. Other scribe rules remain as per the exam notice.
SSC JE Admit Card 2026
