STAFF NURSE
No. of Vacancies: 147 Nos. (UR-99, SC-07, OBC-41. Out of the total posts, 31 posts are reserved for ESM)
Educational Qualification:
i) Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery course from a recognized Board/ University/ Institution or equivalent.
OR B.Sc Nursing or equivalent from a recognized Board/ University/ Institution.
ii) Registered as Nurse and Midwife with State Nursing Council.
iii) ICT skill course essentially required from NIELIT. The candidate should have at least one course out of the following from NIELIT:-
a) Awareness in Computers Concepts (ACC)
b) Basic Computer Concepts (BCC)
c) Course on Computer Concepts (CCC)
d) CCC+
e) Expert Computer Course (ECC).
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 37 years as on 01/01/2018.
Pay Scale: Rs.10300-34800/- with Grade Pay Rs.4600/-

The selected candidates will be on probation for a period of three years.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST and 03 years for OBC category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Written Examination. The examination will be held in Chandigarh only.
