1. ENGLISH STENOGRAPHER GROUP- B
No. of Vacancies: 02 Nos. (Gen)
Educational Qualification: i) Must have passed Madhayamik or equivalent examination from any recognized Board.
ii) At least a Certificate in Computer Training of not less than 06 (six) months duration from a recognized Institution and a satisfactory fingering speed in Computer operation.
iii) Minimum speed @ 80 wpm in Shorthand and a minimum speed @ 30 wpm in typewriting from a legible manuscript in English for 10 minutes.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 37 years as on 01/01/2018.
Pay Scale: Rs. 7100 – 37,600/- with Grade Pay Rs. 3900/-
2. BENGALI STENOGRAPHER GROUP- B
No. of Vacancies: 03 Nos. (Gen-01, SC-01, ST-01)
Educational Qualification: i) Must have passed Madhayamik or equivalent examination from any recognized Board.
ii) At least a Certificate in Computer Training of not less than 06 (six) months duration from a recognized Institution and a satisfactory fingering speed in Computer operation.
iii) Minimum typing speed from a legible manuscript for 10 minutes @ 20 wpm in Bengali and a minimum speed @ 60 wpm in Bengali shorthand.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 37 years as on 01/01/2018.
Pay Scale: Rs. 7100 – 37,600/- with Grade Pay Rs. 3900/-
3. LOWER DIVISION CLERK GROUP- C
No. of Vacancies: 09 Nos. (Gen-07, SC-01, ST-01)
Educational Qualification: i) Must have passed Madhayamik or equivalent examination from any recognized Board.
ii) At least a Certificate in Computer Training from a recognized Institution and a satisfactory fingering speed in Computer operation.
iii) Acquisition of elementary knowledge in Computer operation with the ability of Typing on Computer at the speed of 35 wpm in English and 25 wpm in Bengali from a recognized organization for a period not less than 06 (six) months.
iv) Knowledge in type-writing in English is preferable.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 40 years as on 01/01/2018.
Pay Scale: Rs. 5,400 – 25,200/- with Grade Pay Rs. 2600/-
4. PROCESS SERVER/ SUMMON BAILIFF GROUP- D

Educational Qualification: Must have class VIII pass certificate from any recognized School or recognized Madrasa or any other recognized equivalent Institution.

5. PEON/ FARASH/ NIGHT GUARD GROUP- D
No. of Vacancies: 30 Nos. (Gen-17, OBC-06, SC-06, ST-01)
Educational Qualification: i) Must have class VIII pass certificate from any recognized School or recognized Madrasa or any other recognized equivalent Institution.
ii) For the post of Night Guard, the candidates should be sound health, good physique and free from any organic defect and bodily infirmity.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 40 years as on 01/01/2018.
Pay Scale: Rs. 4900 – 16,200/- with Grade Pay Rs. 1700/-

Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Written Examination, Dictation & Transcription, Computer Test, Typing Test, Shorthand Test and Personality Test wherever applicable.
