1. GRADUATE APPRENTICES

i) Mechanical Engineering
ii) Automobile Engineering
Educational Qualification:Â i) A Degree in Engineering or Technology from recognized University/ Institution in relevant discipline.
ii) Graduate examination of Professional bodies recognized by the State Government or Central Government as equivalent to above.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.9000/- per month.
2. TECHNICIAN (DIPLOMA) APPRENTICES
No. of Vacancies: 177 Nos.
DisciplineÂ
i) Mechanical Engineering
ii) Automobile Engineering
Educational Qualification:Â A Diploma in Engineering or Technology from a recognized Council/ Board/ University/ Institution in relevant discipline.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.8000/- per month.
Only candidates hailing from Tamilnadu State are eligible to apply.
Note:-
i) The candidates who have passed their Graduate/ Diploma in Engineering during the year 2020, 2021 & 2022 are only eligible to apply for the Apprenticeship training.
ii) Candidates who have already undergone or are currently undergoing apprenticeship under Apprenticeship (Amendment) Act 1973, and/ or having one year or more experience are not eligible to apply.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be done on the basis of percentage of marks obtained in the basic prescribed qualification and Certificate Verification. The Certificate verification will be held on First/ Second week of January 2023. The candidates will have to appear for Certificate Verification at Board of Apprenticeship Training (SR), Chennai.
Board of Apprenticeship Training (SR) is interested with the task of preparation of shortlist from the online application data. Shortlisting of candidates will be done based on the percentage of marks obtained in the basic prescribed qualification as applicable to the respective
disciplines. Shortlisted candidates shall be intimated through their registered Email id. Shortlisted candidates have to appear for Certificate Verification at Chennai.
