UPSSSC Special Education Teacher Selection Process 2026
The selection process is a two-tier system as per UPSSSC rules.
Preliminary Eligibility Test (PET-2025): Candidates must have appeared in PET-2025 and obtained a valid score. Shortlisting for the Main Exam is based on the normalized score of PET-2025.
- Candidates who scored zero, negative, or less than zero in PET-2025 will not be shortlisted.
- Candidates marked as “Under Investigation (UI)” or “Provisional” in PET-2025 can apply provisionally, subject to the final outcome of the investigation.
Main Examination: Shortlisted candidates will have to appear for a Main Written Examination. The selection for the final merit list will be based solely on the marks obtained in the Main Written Examination.
