Vananchal Gramin Bank, Jharkhand, is recruiting 128 candidates for the posts of – Officer in Middle Management Grade (Scale II), Officer in Junior Management (Scale I) and Office Assistant (Multipurpose). Candidates who have appeared and qualified Common Written Examination for RRBs conducted by IBPS in September 2012 may apply for the post. Apply Online from the bank’s website. 1. Officer Scale – II: 12 Nos.
(i) General Banking Officer: 7 Nos. (Gen—3; OBC—2; SC—1; ST—1)
Qualification: Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate AND 2yrs experience as an Officer in a Bank or Financial Institution.

(ii) Treasury Manager: 1 Nos. (Gen)
Qualification: Chartered Accountant or MBA in Finance and one year experience.

(iii) Marketing Officer: 2 Nos. (Gen—1; SC—1)
Qualification: MBA in Marketing and one year experience

(iv) Agricultural Officer: 2 Nos. (Gen—1; OBC—1)
Qualification: Degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Dairy , Animal Husbandry, Forestry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate  AND 2yrs experience.

2. Officer Scale-I: 11 Nos. (Gen—5; OBC—3; SC—2; ST—1)
Qualification: Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent and proficiency in local language of the concerned RRBs (i.e. Hindi). Candidates must have studied that language as a subject in their Matriculation or HS level.
Knowledge of Computer application will be taken as an added qualification.

3. Office Assistant (Multipurpose): 105 Nos. (Gen—53; OBC—28; SC—16; ST—8). Out of total—PH: 3nos.
Qualification: Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent and proficiency in local language of the concerned RRBs (i.e. Hindi). Candidates must have studied that language as a subject in their Matriculation or HS level. Computer skill is desirable.

Essential Requirement: Apart from above qualification, candidates must have qualified Common Written Examination conducted by IBPS in September 2012.
Candidates must have obtained Qualifying Standard Score. For TWS and cut-off, please refer the officially released Advertisement (live url given below).

Age Limits (As on 01-06-2012)
1. For Officer Scale- II – Above 21 years – Below 32 years
2. For Officer Scale- I – Above 18 years – Below 28 years
3. For Office Assistant (M) – Between 18 years and 28 years
Upper age relaxation for SC/ST- 5yrs; OBC- 3yrs; PWD- 10yrs; Ex-Serviceman & any other Categories – As per Govt. norms

Officer MMG Scale-II: Rs.19400—28100
Officer JMG Scale-I: Rs.14500—25700
Office Assistants: Rs.7200—19300

Selection of the candidates will be on basis of performance in IBPS. Shortlisted candidates will be only called for Personal Interview.
Call Letter for Interview will be sent to the eligible candidates by Post or Courier in due course. Candidates should regularly visit the bank’s website for announcement.
