1. WARDERS
No. of Vacancies: 146 Nos. (Male- 132 posts (Gen-83, SC-21, ST-04, OBC-25), Female- 14 posts (Gen-10, SC-02, ST-01, OBC-01))
Educational Qualification: Should be 10+2 standard pass.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 23 years (for Home Guards Minimum 20 years and maximum 28 years) as on 01/01/2018.
Pay Scale: Rs.5910- 20200/- with Grade Pay Rs.1900/-
The vacancies are in the Department of Prisons & Correctional Services, Himachal Pradesh. The candidates will be appointed on Contract basis.
Candidates who are bonafide residents of Himachal Pradesh and who are registered with any one of the Employment Exchanges in Himachal Pradesh are only eligible to apply.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 02 years for SC/ST/OBC category.
