Educational Qualification: Post Graduation in the concerned main subject with 45% marks (40% marks for ST and other weaker section candidates) and B.Ed or equivalent in the same subject.
For Computer Application: B.Tech / Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Information Technology with a minimum of 50% marks (45% marks for ST and other weaker section candidates) OR Master Degree in Mathematics / Physics with PGDCA with at least 50% marks / Master of Computer Application with 50% marks / M.Sc. Computer Science / Information Technology with 50 % marks (45% marks for ST and other weaker section candidates).
Consolidated Pay: Rs.21000/- per month.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Academic Qualification.
Exact Date, Time and Venue for examination/interview will be intimated to the eligible candidates in due course as well as such information will be also available in the official website of Lakshadweep Administration, Directorate of Education.
Selected candidates will be teaching in IX, X, XI, XII classes of CBSE as well as Kerala Board Stream in the Government Senior Secondary Schools in the Islands on contractual basis during the academic session 2017-18 upto 31/03/2018 or till regular appointments are made, whichever earlier.
