1. SUPERINTENDING ARCHITECT
Number of Vacancies: 3 posts. (UR—2; SC—1)
Qualification: A Degree in Architecture from a recognized University or equivalent qualification and shall be registered with the Council of Architecture AND 13 years experience in Architecture.
Age: maximum 45yrs
Pay Scale: Rs.28000—52000 and Grade Pay: Rs.7600/-
2. ARCHITECT
Number of Vacancies: 10 posts (UR—5; SC—2; ST—1; OBC—2)
Qualification: A Degree in Architecture from a recognized University or equivalent qualification and shall be registered with the Council of Architecture AND 06 years experience in Architecture
Age: maximum 38yrs
Pay Scale: Rs.15600—42000/-
3. ASSISTANT ARCHITECT
Number of Vacancies: 10 posts. (UR—5; SC—2; ST—1; OBC—2)
Qualification: A Degree in Architecture from a recognized University or equivalent qualification and shall be registered with the Council of Architecture.
Age: maximum 32yrs
Pay Scale: Rs.15600—42000/- and Grade Pay: Rs.5400/-
Important:
Beside above mentioned educational qualification, candidates shall have ability to read, write and speak in Bengali (Not applicable for Nepali speaking candidates from the hill areas of the district of Darjeeling)
The upper age limit indicated above is for candidates belonging to Unreserved Category. Age will be counted as on 01-01-2015. The upper age limit will be relaxable by 3 years for OBC candidates, 5 years for SC/ST and 10yrs PWD candidates.

Application Fee: Rs.210/- is to be paid through online mode (Net banking, Debit/Credit card, etc) or can be paid through Bank’s counter in cash.
