10+2 (B.Tech) Cadet Entry Scheme (Permanent Commission) Course- Indian Navy

Indian Navy invites online application for 10+2 (B.Tech) Cadet Entry Scheme (Permanent Commission) Course Commencing- July 2020.  Total 37 vacancies. Eligible and interested candidates may apply Online only through the official website of the Indian Navy (See link given below). INDIAN NAVY INVITES ONLINE APPLICATION FOR 10+2 (B.TECH) CADET ENTRY SCHEME (PERMANENT COMMISSION) COURSE COMMENCING- JULY 2020. LAST DATE — 19/12/2019

 

10+2 (B.TECH) CADET ENTRY SCHEME

No. of Vacancies: 37 Nos.

 

Educational Qualification: i) Passed Senior Secondary Examination (10+2 Pattern) or its equivalent examinations from any Board with at least 70% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) and at least 50% marks in English (either in Class X or Class XII).
ii) Candidates who have appeared for JEE (Main)- 2019 (for B.E./ B.Tech) Exam are only eligible to apply.

 

Age Limit: Born between 02/01/2001 and 01/07/2003.

 

Only Unmarried Male candidates are eligible to apply.

The training is scheduled to commence in July, 2020 in Indian Naval Academy, Ezhimala, Kerala. Selected candidates will be inducted as Cadets for the four year B.Tech Course in applied Electronics & Communication Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Electronics & Communication Engineering as per Naval requirements.

Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through SSB Interview and Medical Examination. The Interview will be conducted in two stages namely Stage I and Stage II. The Stage I Test consists of Intelligence Test, Picture Perception and Group Discussion and Stage II Test comprises Psychological Testing, Group Testing and Interview. SSB Interview for short listed candidates will be scheduled at Bangalore/ Bhopal/ Coimbatore/ Visakhapatnam/ Kolkata from February – April 2020.

Exact Date, Time and Venue for examination/interview will be intimated to the eligible candidates in due course as well as such information will be also available in the official website of Indian Navy — www.joinindiannavy.gov.in

How to Apply: Interested and eligible candidates may apply online only through the official website of Indian Navy — www.joinindiannavy.gov.in (See Application form’s link given below) from dated 29/11/2019 to 19/12/2019.

Upon successful submission of online application form, the system generated Registration/ Acknowledgement Slip will appear on the computer screen. Candidates must print-out it for future correspondence. DO NOT SEND ANY PRINT-OUT/HARD COPY OR DOCUMENTS TO INDIAN NAVY AT THIS STAGE. All the verification will be done in due course.
