Bihar Gramin Bank (BGB) is inviting Online application from the eligible candidates for the posts of Officer in Junior Management (Scale I) JMGS-I, and Office Assistant (Multipurpose). Total vacancies — 169 Nos. Candidates who have appeared and qualified the Common Written Examination for RRBs conducted by IBPS in September 2012. Qualification norms and brief details is provided below —

BIHAR GRAMIN BANK INVITES APPLICATION FOR 169 OFFICERS AND OFFICE ASST. (MULTIPURPOSE). LAST DATE: 31/07/2013.

1. Officers Scale-I: 57 Nos. (Gen—30; SC—8; ST—4; OBC—15).
Educational Qualification: Degree in any discipline and proficiency in the local language of the State where the bank is located. Candidates must have studied the local language as a subject atleast at Matriculation level.

2. Office Assistant (Multipurpose): 112 Nos. (Gen—58; SC—16; ST—8; OBC—30). Out of which PWD—3 and Ex-Servicmen—11 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Degree in any discipline and proficiency in the local language of the State where the bank is located. Candidates must have studied the local language as a subject atleast at Matriculation level.

Essential Requirement: Beside above mentioned educational qualification, candidates must have appeared and qualified Common Written Examination conducted by IBPS for RRBs in September 2012.

Pay Scales —
Officer Scale: Rs.14500—25700 plus other allowances as per norms.
Office Asst. (Multipurpose): Rs.7200—19300 plus other allowances as per norms.

Age (As on 01-06-2012)
For Officer Scale- I: Above 18 years – Below 28 years
For Office Assistant: Between 18 years and 28 years
Upper age relaxation for SC/ST – 5yrs; OBC- 3yrs; PWD- 10yrs; Ex-Serviceman and Others – As per norms.

Selection of the candidates will be made through Personal Interview only. Only shortlisted candidates, on basis of performance in CWE, will be called.
The Interview will be held at the Head Office of the Bank and the complete address of the venue will be advised in the call letters. The address of the venues will also be displayed in the Bank’s website one week before the dates for commencement of Interviews.

How to Apply: Apply Online only from the official website of the bank — www.bihargraminbank.in (Live url is given below) between 16.07.2013 to 31.07.2013.
After final submission of Online application, candidates must print-out the system generated form for future use.

Application Fee: Before applying online, candidates must pay Rs.100/- (Rs.20 in case of SC/ST/PWD candidates) by means of fee payment challan through any branch of Bihar Gramin Bank. Candidates may print-out the fee challan from the bank’s website.
The payment towards application fee may be paid by means of NEFT from Branches of any Other Banks in the CBS Account no.38010210000356 with IFS Code No UCBA0RRBBKG (See the below link)

There is no need to send fee challan’s copy or Application form in hard copy to the bank or anywhere. The Application printout along with the fee payment receipt and required copies of documents should be kept ready for submission if shortlisted for Interview.
