Under Ministry of Defence, 222 Coy ASC, C/O 56 APO is recruiting 14 persons for the posts of “Fireman” and “Mazdoor”. Madhyamik pass boys physically fit and capable of doing strenuous duties may apply for the post. Application should be in prescribed format only—
1. Fireman: 13 Nos. (Gen- 7; OBC-3; SC-1; ST-2). Out of total 1nos. is for Ex-Serviceman.
Qualification: Madhyamik (Class-10) pass.
Physical Standard and Others: —
Height: 165 cms
Chest (unexpanded/ expanded): 81.5cms/ 85cms
Weight: 50 Kg (minimum)
Physical Test—Run of 1.6 KM. Qualified candidates will go for further selection steps.
Endurance Test— (i) Carrying a weight of 63.5 kg to a distance of 183 Mtrs within 96 seconds, (ii) Long Jump of 2.7 Mtrs wide ditch and (iii) Climbing 3 mtrs vertical rope using hand and feet.
Pay Scale: Rs.5200—Rs.20200 and Grade pay—Rs.1900
N.B.: Cut-off of 2.5 Cms in height or Chest may be given to the candidates belongs to SC/ST Categories and Hilly areas.
2. Mazdoor: 1 Nos. (OBC)
Qualification: Madhyamik pass and must be physically fit and capable of doing strenuous duties.
Pay Scale: Rs.5200—Rs.20200 and Grade pay—Rs.1800.
Age limit: For both above mentioned posts candidates should be between 18yrs to 25yrs as on last date of application. Relaxation of OBC—3yrs, SC/ST—5yrs and Ex- Serviceman—as per norms.
Selection will be made through Written Test/ Interview (physical height and weight measurement And Physical efficiency Test for the Post of Fireman)
Written Test will be on—General Knowledge, English and Mathematics etc of Matriculation syllabus.
How to Apply: Apply on prescribed format or neatly typed on plain A4 size as per format. Along with application form enclose all the relevant documents and testimonials in Attested copies. Attestation should be done by Gazetted Officer only.

- One Self-Addressed envelope (24×11 cm) duly affixed with postage stamp of Rs.25
- Character Certificate issued by Gazetted Officer (not more than 6 months old)
On the top of the application form containing envelope, superscribe on top— “Application for Post of_____, Category____”. Application form should reach by Registered Post.
