Interested candidates may apply on prescribed application format within scheduled date (see below). Selection of the candidates will be through personal interview. 1. HR/Marketing Assistant Trainees— 02 Nos.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS :
1. Advanced Trade Trainees: ITI in requisite Trades with Apprenticeship
2. Advanced Diploma Trainees: Diploma in requisite disciplines from Board of Technical Education or equivalent
3. HR/Marketing Assistant Trainees: BBA from recognized university
4. Medical Assistant Trainees: Pass 10+2 or equivalent examination and undergone a course of instructions in First Aid from a recognized institution
AGE (as on 01.07.2013) :
1. For Advanced Trade Trainees : Above 18 years and below 30 years
2. For Advanced Diploma Trainees: Above 18 years and below 32 years
3. For HR/ Marketing Assistant Trainees: Above 18 years and below 32 years
4. For Medical Assistant Trainees: Above 18 years and below 30 years
Upper age relaxation for SC/ST – 5yrs; OBC- 3yrs; PWD- 10yrs; Others – As per norms.
Application Fee: Candidates willing to apply for the vacancies must pay Application Fee of below prescribed amount in form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of – Scooters India Limited and payable at – Lucknow.
(i) For Advanced Trade Trainees and Medical Assistant Trainees: Rs.50/-
(ii) For Advanced Diploma Trainees and HR/ Marketing Assistant Trainees: Rs.100/-
Note: No fee for SC/ST/PWD/Female candidates.
Selection of the candidates will be on basis of performance in the Personal Interview.
The Personal Interview will be held at the Lucknow and the address of the venue will be advised in the call letters. The address of the venue will also be displayed in the SIL official website before the dates for commencement of Interviews.

The Application form along with enclosures in support of eligibility is to be sent through Registered Post at the following address — Dy. Manager (HR), Scooters India Limited, PO: Sarojini Nagar, Lucknow (UP) -226008.
The name of the post applied for must be superscribed on the top of the envelope containing application.
All candidates must submit the self attested photo copies of the prescribed certificates in support of their educational qualification, experience, date of birth, caste, etc at the time of interview.
A recent, recognizable passport size photograph should be firmly pasted on the filled application form and should be signed across by the candidate. Three copies of the same photograph should be retained for use at the time of interview.
