High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh is recruiting 29 persons for the post of “Judgement Writers”. Eligible and Interested candidates may apply on the prescribed application format within scheduled date. The details in brief is given below—
1. Judgement Writer: 29 Nos. (General—24; SC/ST/BC—3; Ex-Serviceman—1 and PH—1)
Qualification: Candidates should have completed Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science or equivalent from recognised University.
Candidates must have proficiency in Computer Operation (esp. in MS Office) and must have ability to take down dictation at the speed of 120 words per minute in English Shorthand and to transcribe the same on the computer at the speed of 24 words per minute.
Age limit: Candidates should be within 21yrs to 30yrs as on 2/8/2012. Age relaxation for SC/ST/BC/PH is as per norms.
Pay Scale: Rs.10300 – Rs.34800 plus Grade pay of Rs.4800.
Candidates employed in Govt./PSU may apply through proper channel and should attach NOC along with their application.
Application Fee: Candidates will have to prepare a Bank Draft of Rs.500 (for General candidates) and Rs.250 (for candidates in reserved categories), in favour of – “The Registrar General, Punjab & Haryana High Court, Chandigarh”.
