1. RIGGER
No. of Vacancies: 217 Nos. (GEN-101, OBC-57, SC-20, EWS-20, ST-19)
Educational Qualification: Passed VIII standard and the National Apprenticeship Certificate Examination passed in the trade of Rigger.
Desirable: Work experience in the relevant trade/ function in a Shipbuilding industry for minimum 01 year duly certified by their Personnel Department is desirable.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 38 years as on 01/07/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs.13200-64360/-
2. ELECTRICIAN
No. of Vacancies: 149 Nos. (GEN-66, OBC-43, SC-14, EWS-14, ST-12)
Educational Qualification: Passed SSC or equivalent examination conducted by a recognized Board and the National Apprenticeship Certificate Examination passed in the trade of Electrician.
Desirable: Work experience in the relevant trade/ function in a Shipbuilding industry for minimum 01 year duly certified by their Personnel Department is desirable.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 38 years as on 01/07/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs.13200-64360/-
The candidates will be appointed on Fix Term Contract basis for a maximum period of Two (02) years.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Written Test Online, Experience and Trade Test.
