5 MTN DIV ORD UNIT, UNDER MINISTRY OF DEFENCE, IS INVITING APPLICATION FOR 11 POSTS OF MAZDOOR AND FIREMAN. LAST DATE — 20/05/2016

 

1. Mazdoor (Tradesman Mate): 09 Nos. (UR-03, SC-01, ST-03, Ex Serviceman (ST)-02)
Educational Qualification: Matriculate (Class 10th) pass.
Candidates must have knowledge in Hindi.
Age Limit: Minimum-18 years and maximum-25 years as on closing date for receipt of application.
Pay Scale: Rs.5200/- Rs.20200/- and Grade Pay Rs.1800/-

 

2. Fireman: 02 Nos. (UR-01, Ex Serviceman (ST)-01)
Educational Qualification: Matriculate (Class 10th Pass)
Candidates must have knowledge in Hindi.
Age Limit: Minimum-18 years and maximum-25 years as on closing date for receipt of application.
Pay Scale: Rs.5200/- Rs.20200/- and Grade Pay Rs.1900/-

 

Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any – As per Govt. norms.

 

Physical Standard (for both the posts).

(i) Height without shoes – 165 Cms (Concession of 2.5 Cms for ST Candidate)
(ii) Chest (Un-expanded) – 81.5 Cms
(iii) Chest (On expansion) – 85 Cms
(iv) Weight – 50 Kgs (Minimum)

 

Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Physical Test and Written Test. The question papers of written test (objective type) will be bilingual i.e. English & Hindi on following subjects- General Intelligence and Reasoning, Numerical aptitude (Maths), General English and General Awareness.

Exact Date, Time and Venue for examination/interview will be intimated to the eligible candidates in due course as well as such information will be also available in the official website of Indian Army – www.indianarmy.nic.in.
