510 ASC Battalion, Pin-905510, C/o 56 APO, under Ministry of Defence, is recruiting 15 “Mazdoor” Group-C. MAZDOOR GROUP-C
Number of Vacancies: 15 posts (Gen—8; OBC—4; SC—2; ST—1)

 

Educational Qualification: Matriculation pass or equivalent.

 

Age Limit: 18 to 25yrs as on last date of receipt of application. Upper age relaxation is 5 years for SC/ST candidates, 3 years for OBC (Non Creamy Layer) candidates and for Ex-servicemen will be as per Govt. norms.

 

Pay Scale: Rs.5200—20200 and Grade Pay: Rs.1800/- per month

 

Physical Standards: Candidates willing to apply for above posts shall meet the following physical standards —

(a) Height—165 cms (Minimum)
(b) Chest (unexpanded/ expanded) — 81.5 cms/ 85 cms
(c) Weight — 50 kgs (Minimum)

Note: Candidates must enclose latest medical fitness certificate issued by approved Central/State Govt. hospital with the Application form.

Endurance Test will be as follows — Box lifting 63.50 Kg for a distance of 183 mtrs in 92 to 96 seconds.

Physical Efficiency Test will be as follows —

(a) 1600 mtrs Run in 05 minutes 20 seconds to 06 minutes
(b) Push-ups minimum 25 numbers
(c) Chin-Ups minimum 06 numbers.
(d) Situps minimum 35 numbers.

There will be also Written Test and Interview. Finally Medical Test will be done.

The Test/ Interview will be held at AKHNOOR (J&K). Date and exact venue will be intimated through Admit Card.

How to Apply: Interested and eligible candidates may prepare the Application form on plain A4 Size paper strictly as per format (See PDF file below).

The duly filled Application form must be enclosed with testimonials, attested by Gazetted Officer, in support of eligibility such as Qualification certificate, Caste certificate, Residence certificate, one additional attested passport size photograph, Age proof certificate and Etc. Candidates must also enclose one self-addressed envelope (12X18 cms) duly affixed with postal stamp of Rs.25/-
