East Delhi Municipal Corporation (EDMC) is inviting Online application from the eligible candidates for the posts of 708 Nos. “Teachers (Primary)” on contractual basis for the schools of EDMC for the year 2013—14. PRIMARY TEACHER

Number of Vacancies: 708 nos. Reservation of the posts is as per norms.
Educational Qualification: Senior Secondary (10+2) or equivalent (Must have studied Hindi as a Subject at Secondary level and English as a subject at Secondary or Senior Secondary level) AND Two years diploma / Certificate course in ETE / JBT or equivalent or B.El.Ed from a recognised institution and must have qualified in CTET conducted by CBSE.
Age Limits: Within 30yrs as on last date of application. Upper age relaxation for SC/ST – 5yrs; OBC- 3yrs; PWD- 10yrs; and Others- As per norms.
Remuneration: Rs.23,220 per month plus variable D.A.
Engagement will be purely on temporary and contractual basis upto 10.05.2014 or till the selection list received from DSSSB, whichever is earlier.
