Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act, MGNREGA Cell, Office of the District Magistrate,  Purulia is recruiting 87 persons for the various posts such as – Asst. Engineers, Coordinatior, Technical Officer/ Assistant, Programme Assistant, Computer Assistant and Etc, at District, Sub-Division & Block Level under the District Purulia. Eligibility norms and criteria is given below in brief—

1. Assistant Engineer: 1 Nos.
Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering in Civil
Salary: Rs.27800 pm

2. Programme Coordinator (Trg. & IEC): 1 Nos.
Qualification: MSW plus 2 yrs of experience or equivalent educational/ technical qualification.
Salary: Rs.17000 pm

3. Assistant Programme, Manager, MIS: 1 Nos.
Qualification: BCA with 55% marks or Honours Graduate in Computer Science with 55% marks or Graduate in any stream with ‘A’ level of DOEACC OR B.Tech (IT) or B.SC (IT) with 55% marks
Salary: Rs.14000 pm

4. Technical Officer (Horticulture & Forestry): 1 Nos.
Qualification: Honours Graduate with 55% marks in Agriculture science plus 6 months computer certificate course OR Honours Graduate with 55% marks in Horticulture plus 6 months computer certificate course.
Salary: Rs.14000 pm

5. Technical Assistant: 20 Nos.
Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering
Salary: Rs.14000 pm

6. Junior Programme Officer: 16 Nos.
Qualification: Honours Graduate with 55% marks in any stream plus 6 months computer certificate course
Salary: Rs.14000 pm

7. Block Social Audit Coordinator: 20 Nos.
Qualification and Salary: Same as above post

8. Programme Assistant: 22 Nos.
Qualification: Higher Secondary (10+2) with 60% marks in science stream with physics &  athematics plus 6 months computer certificate course OR Higher Secondary (10+2) pass with 60% marks in vocational streams with Physics & Maths as compulsory subject along with 6 months computer certificate course from a recognized institute of Govt. of West Bengal.
Salary: Rs.9000 pm

9. Computer Assistant: 5 Nos.
Qualification: Higher Secondary pass with minimum 6 months of formal training of Computer and should have minimum speed of data entry 6000 key depression per hour.
Salary: 9000 pm

Age limit (For all posts): Candidates should be within 37yrs. Age relaxation for OBC—3yrs; SC/ST—5yrs.
