(a) Master’s Degree from a Recognized University in Hindi with English as one of the subjects at Degree level OR

- Knowledge of Sanskrit and/or a Modern Indian Language.
- Administrative Experience.
- Experience of organizing Hindi classes or workshops for noting and drafting.
