Domicile / Employment Exchange Condition
Because this is a Group C post, a candidate must meet at least one of these conditions:
- Registered at an employment exchange in Uttarakhand by the last date of application.
- Holds an Uttarakhand domicile or permanent residence certificate.
- Passed High School and Intermediate (or equivalent) from a recognised institution in Uttarakhand.
Those already working in Uttarakhand state government services do not need employment exchange registration. Ex-servicemen registered with a District Sainik Kalyan office are also treated as registered.

Key Exam Rules
- Marking more than one answer, using whitener or cutting on the OMR sheet counts as a wrong answer.
