Roles and Responsibilities of Assam Chief Minister’s Fellows
- Fellows will be placed across Assam and will work with the Office of the Chief Executive Officer, CMAAA Society, and District Industries and Commerce Centres.
- They will collaborate closely with District Commissioners and other line departments, according to programme requirements.
- Fellows will support CMAAA beneficiaries through mentoring and enterprise development, working with stakeholders including universities, research stations, NABARD, NEDFi, banks, progressive farmers, successful local entrepreneurs and start-ups.
- Performance will be evaluated every six months against mutually agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Continuation of the fellowship will depend on the outcome of these evaluations.
