Selection Process
- Eligibility criteria like age will be determined as of May 1, 2024.
- Only candidates who appeared in GATE-2024 in relevant disciplines and have applied on the AAI portal will be considered, provided they meet all eligibility criteria.
- Candidates will be shortlisted based on the information provided in their application forms for further verification.
- Original documents will be checked during verification.
- The application numbers of shortlisted candidates will be posted on the AAI website, and call letters will be sent via email.
- During verification, candidates must present original certificates, proof of identity, and photocopies of certificates. Failure to do so or if there’s a mismatch in information will lead to rejection.
- Employees of government bodies need to provide a “No Objection Certificate” from their current employer; other claims won’t substitute for this.
- Candidates who don’t attend verification with original documents won’t be considered.
- Final selection will be based on GATE scores, subject to meeting all other eligibility criteria.
