Eligibility Criteria for AAICLAS Recruitment 2023
(1) Manager (Finance):-
Qualification: CA/CMA/MBA (Finance) full-time / Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
Experience: Candidate should have a minimum of 7 years of qualifying experience in Finance and Accounts Management.
Age Limit: The candidate’s maximum age is 37 years.
(2) Office Assistant:-
Qualification: Graduate in any stream with knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel, minimum typing speed of 30 wpm on computer.
Experience: Candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of work experience in any subject.
Age Limit: The candidate’s maximum age is 32 years.
(3) Manager (AVSEC Training& Audit) Senior Grade and Manager (AVSEC Training & Audit) Junior Grade:-
i) Manager (AVSEC Training& Audit):
Qualification: Candidates must possess 3 years of graduation from any recognized valid BCAS Certified Valid AVSEC Instructor Certification or AVSEC Auditor Certification. Preference will be given to candidates with both valid AVSEC Instructor and AVSEC Auditor certificates. Knowledge of guidelines issued by the CAO; IATA; BCAS and DGCA are working side by side knowledge of information technology is required.
Experience: Minimum 10 years experience with any Airport/Airlines/Controlled Agent/Airport Operator/BCAS/DGCA/Aviation Training Institute Minimum 2 years experience in operations and AVSEC training as AVSEC Trainer/Auditor of Indian Civil Aviation Security.
Age Limit: The candidate’s maximum age is 48 years.
ii) Senior Grade and Manager (AVSEC Training & Audit):
Qualification: Candidates must have 3 years of graduation from any recognized valid BCAS Certified valid AVSEC Instructor Certification and/or AVSEC Auditor Certification.
Experience: Candidate should have a minimum of 02 years of experience with any Airport/Airlines/Controlled Agent/Airport Operator/BCAS/DGCA/Aviation Training Institute.
Age Limit: The candidate’s maximum age is 40 years.
iii) Junior Grade:
Qualification: Candidates must have a Full-time regular two years duration MBA (HR) with 60% marks.
Experience: Candidate should have a minimum of 2 years post qualification, working HR work experience.
Age Limit: The candidate’s maximum age is 32 years.

Interview Details for AAICLAS Recruitment 2023
Candidates who fulfill the eligibility criteria on 01.12.2023, will be selected through an interview with AAICLAS Management, preferably through video conferencing mode. To be obtained from the official website of AAICLAS www.aaiclas.aero/careers.
All communication to the candidates will be by iClass only and will be made only to the registered e-mail ID and not by post.
Candidates should keep the e-mail ID entered in the application form active till the engagement process is completed. Under no circumstances will any change in e-mail ID be allowed to be entered once. All correspondence regarding this recruitment will be done on the registered e-mail ID only.
Candidates who fulfill the eligibility criteria have to appear for walk-in.
