1. ACCOUNTS OFFICER (AO)
No. of Vacancies: 04 Nos.
Educational Qualification: CA/ ICWA.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 37 years as on 01/01/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs.16650-39100/- plus Grade Pay Rs.5800/-
2. REVENUE ACCOUNTANT
No. of Vacancies: 54 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Full time regular B.Com with minimum 60% marks OR full time regular M.Com with minimum 50% marks OR CA Inter OR ICWAI Inter.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 37 years as on 01/01/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs.10900-34800/- plus Grade Pay Rs.5400/-
3. SUPERINTENDENT (DIVISIONAL ACCOUNTS)
No. of Vacancies: 26 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Full time regular B.Com with minimum 60% marks OR full time regular M.Com with minimum 50% marks OR CA Inter OR ICWAI Inter.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 37 years as on 01/01/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs.10900-34800/- plus Grade Pay Rs.5400/-
4. LOWER DIVISION CLERK
No. of Vacancies: 1000 Nos.
Educational Qualification: i) Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University/ Institution.
ii) Possesses at least 120 hours course with hands on experience in the use of Personal Computer or Information Technology in Office productivity application or Desktop Publishing application from a recognized Institution.
OR
Possesses a Computer Information Technology Course equivalent to ‘O’ level certificate of DOEACC.
iii) Punjabi pass upto Matric standard.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 37 years as on 01/01/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs.6400-20200/- plus Grade Pay Rs.3400/-
5. STENO-TYPIST
No. of Vacancies: 50 Nos.
Educational Qualification: i) Possesses Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University/ Institution.
ii) Possesses at least 120 hours course with hands on experience in the use of Personal Computer or Information Technology in Office productivity application or Desktop Publishing application from a recognized Institution.
OR
Possesses a Computer Information Technology Course equivalent to ‘O’ level certificate of DOEACC.
iii) Punjabi pass upto Matric standard.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 37 years as on 01/01/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs.6400-20200/- plus Grade Pay Rs.3400/-
Note: Qualification of Punjabi is essential for all the posts:- The candidates must have passed Punjabi of at least Matriculation or its equivalent level.
Candidates who have appeared/ are appearing in the final year examination (2018-29 sessions) but their results are awaited, can also apply.
The selected candidates will undergo Training at Technical Training Institute, Shakti Vihar, Punjab State Power Corporation Limited (PSPCL), Patiala. The candidates will be on Probation.
Reserved Category candidates from the states other than Punjab will be treated as General Category candidates.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/BC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Online Examination, Language Test, Steno-Typing Test and Document Verification wherever applicable. The Online Examination is tentatively scheduled to be held at any centre in Punjab.
