1. TRADE APPRENTICE
No. of Vacancies: 293 Nos.
Name of the Trades: Fitter, Electrician, Electronics Mechanic, Instrument Mechanic, Machinist & Accountant.
Educational Qualification: Matric with two year ITI course in respective trade from a recognized University/ Institute with minimum 50% marks in aggregate (45% marks in aggregate in case of SC/ST/PwBD candidates).
For Accountant:- Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University/ Institute with minimum 50% marks in aggregate (45% marks in aggregate in case of SC/ST/PwBD candidates).
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 24 years as on 31/01/2019.
2. TECHNICIAN APPRENTICE
No. of Vacancies: 99 Nos.
Name of the Disciplines: Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Civil, Electrical & Electronics and Electronics.
Educational Qualification: Three years Diploma in Engineering in respective discipline from a recognized University/ Institute with minimum 50% marks in aggregate (45% marks in aggregate in case of SC/ST/PwBD candidates).
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 24 years as on 31/01/2019.
The vacancies are in the following Western Region States:- Maharashtra, Gujarat, Goa, Dadra & Nagar Haveli, Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh.
The candidates will undergo apprenticeship training for a period of One year under Apprentices Act, 1961 in different Trade/ Discipline in Western Region.
Note:
i) The candidates should not have undergone Apprenticeship earlier or pursuing Apprenticeship Training as per the Apprentices Act, 1961/1973.
ii) Candidates, who had training or job experience for a period of one year or more after the attainment of above qualification, shall not be eligible for being engaged as Technician Apprentice.
iii) The candidates for the post of Technician Apprentices should not have completed three years after passing of the qualifying examination as on 31.01.2019.
iv) Candidates possessing higher professional qualifications are not eligible to apply.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Written Test and Personal Interview.
