i) Bishnupur Block (Name of GP- Radhanagar, Layekbandh, Dwarika Gossainpur & Belsulia) – 07 posts (Gen-05, SC-02)
ii) Joypur Block (Name of GP- Shyamnagar & Uttarbar) – 05 posts (Gen-04, SC-01)
iii) Kotulpur Block (Name of GP- Madanmohanpur, Sihar, Gopinathpur & Lego) – 11 posts (Gen-05, SC-05, ST-01)
iv) Patrasayer Block (Name of GP- Birsingha, Jamkuri, Hamirpur & Kushadwip) – 05 posts (Gen-01, SC-04)
v) Indas Block (Name of GP- Rol, Dighalgram, Karisunda & Akui-II) – 06 posts (Gen-01, SC-04, ST-01)
Educational Qualification: i) Should be Madhyamik or equivalent examination passed or appeared. Candidates possessing higher qualification are also eligible.
ii) Should be a Married/ Divorced/ Widow Woman.
iii) Should be a permanent resident of the same area under the health Sub-centre for which she is applying.
iv) Preference will be given to Grade-I and Grade-II SHG Members/ Trained Dais/ Link workers.
Age Limit: Between 30 to 40 years (Lower age limit may be relaxed to 22 years in case of SC/ ST candidates) as on 01/01/2020.
