AGRICULTURE GRADUATE TRAINEE (AGT)
Educational Qualification:
i) Four years B.Sc. (Agriculture) full time regular Degree with minimum of 60% marks in each semester (minimum of 55% marks in each semester for SC/ST candidates) from recognized University/ Institute.
ii) The candidates who have passed B.Sc. (Agriculture) degree in 2016 and thereafter can only apply.
iii) Those candidates whose final semester results are expected by September, 2019 and candidate having Two years full time regular Degree in M.Sc. (Agriculture) can also apply.
iv) Candidate must be well versed with reading, writing and speaking knowledge of the regional language of the State for which application is made (Knowing one or more than one language will be preferred).
Desirable: Knowledge of Hindi is desirable.
Age Limit: Maximum 30 years as on 01/09/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs.37000-70000/-
The vacancies are for Field Offices of Indian Farmers Fertiliser Cooperative Limited (IFFCO) located in the States of Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Bihar, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Chhattisgarh, West Bengal, Odisha, Assam, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Tamil Nadu and Kerala.
The selected candidates will undergo Training for a period of one year. The candidates will be paid a Stipend of Rs. 33,300/- per month during the training period.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST and 03 years for OBC category.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Preliminary Computer Based Online Test, Final Online Test and Personal Interview. The Online Test will be held at various centres across India. For details please see the Official Advt.
