Essential Educational Qualification – Applicants have to complete their Post Graduation Degree in General Medicine etc to apply for the Posts.

Age Limit – Applicants’ Age should be less than 45 Years to apply for the Posts. Age Relaxation will be applicable as Per Govt Rules.

Application Fees – For General/OBC/EWS category: ₹ 1,000/- + transaction charges, SC/ST category: ₹ 800/- + transaction charges.

Pay Scale – Candidates after getting selected for the Position of Senior Residents will be able to receive Rs. 18,750/- + GP Rs. 6600/- + NPA+ Other Allowances.

Selection Procedure – Candidates will be selected based on a Written Test (MCQ Based)/ Interview.

DOCUMENTS TO BE PRODUCED IN ORIGINAL AT THE TIME OF INTERVIEW

Applicants are required to present the following original documents, along with a set of self-attested photocopies, during the interview along with the application form:

I. Proof of Identity (PAN Card, Passport, Driving License, Voter Card, Aadhar Card, etc.)

II. Address Proof.

III. Certificate indicating Date of Birth (Birth Certificate/10th Certificate). No Age relaxation applies to SC/ST/OBC candidates applying for unreserved vacancies.

IV. Class 10th & 12th Mark sheets and Certificates.

V. Educational qualifications:

MBBS/BDS/M.Sc Mark sheets and degree certificates.

MD/DNB/MS/MDS/Ph.D degree certificate.

DM/M.Ch/DNB degree certificates.

VI. Attempt and Internship Completion Certificate.

VII. Registration with Medical Council of India/State Medical Council & DCI for Dentistry candidates.

VIII. Experience Certificate (if applicable).

IX. FMGE certificate conducted by NBE (For foreign graduates).

X. Reservation category Certificate (OBC/SC/ST/PH) (Candidate should belong to a non-creamy layer of Central List of OBC).

XI. For OBC candidates, the OBC certificate must be issued within one year (Older certificates will not be accepted).

XII. For EWS candidates, the EWS certificate must be issued on or after 01st April 2023, until the last date of application and be valid for the financial year 2023-24.

XIII. Candidates working in Government Institutions must provide a No Objection Certificate.

XIV. Publications.

Note: Candidates failing to produce the aforementioned original documents during the interview will not be considered for selection.

TERMS & CONDITIONS –

Appointment Duration: The initial tenure of the appointment is one (01) year, with the possibility of extension up to three (03) years. However, it’s important to note that this appointment does not confer any right to claim permanent absorption in the institute or assurance of continued contractual employment. The decision for renewal or termination lies with the Institute based on performance assessments.

Compensation: The appointee is entitled to remuneration as specified in the terms of the appointment.

Conclusion of Contract: The contractual agreement automatically concludes after one (01) year, with the potential for extension up to three (03) years contingent upon performance and conduct. The Institute reserves the right to terminate the appointment at any time, and the employee also has the option to resign by providing one month’s notice or equivalent salary.

Leave Policy: The appointed individual’s leave entitlement adheres to the Central Residency Scheme and Institute Policy.

Institute’s Authority: The Competent Authority retains the prerogative to alter the number of vacancies, withdraw the entire or partial recruitment process, and reject applications without providing reasons or notice.

Qualification Requirement: Meeting the prescribed qualification is a minimum prerequisite, and mere possession of the required qualifications does not guarantee selection.

Work Conditions: The appointment is on a full-time basis, and engaging in any form of private practice is prohibited. The appointee is subject to working in shifts and may be assigned to any location within the Institute.

Disciplinary Compliance: The appointee must adhere to the rules of discipline and conduct applicable to Institute employees.

Allowances and Convictions: No travel or other allowances are provided to candidates upon joining. Additionally, candidates should not have any prior convictions by a Court of Law.
