CUSTOMER AGENT / JUNIOR CUSTOMER AGENT

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:
For Customer Agent — Graduate in any discipline/faculty (minimum 3 years duration) with knowledge of basic computer operations.
Experience: Minimum six months in any of the areas of combination thereof, of fares, reservation, ticketing, computerized passenger check-in/ cargo handling area with any airline / Airline Travel Agency or Ground Handling agency.
For Junior Customer Agent — HSC (XIIth Std.) pass in any discipline/faculty with knowledge of basic computer operations.
Experience: Minimum One Year in any of the areas of combination thereof, of fares, reservation, ticketing, computerized passenger check-in/ cargo handling area with any airline / Airline Travel Agency or Ground Handling agency.
Language Proficiency: Candidates should be conversant in English. Knowledge of Local & Hindi languages i.e. ability to understand and speak is desirable.
Candidates having passport and Adhaar card (if available) and such candidates would be given due weight age in selection.
Age Limit: Maximum-30 years as on 01/12/2016. Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST and 03 years for OBC category.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.14,610/- for Customer Agent and Rs.14,010/- Junior Customer Agent per month.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Group Discussion, Screening Test and Interview.
