1. Air Attendants: 100 Nos. (UR-50, SC-15, ST-08, OBC-27)
Educational Qualification:Â 10+2 passed
Preferential Qualification:
- Applicants who have three years’ Degree/Diploma Holder in Hotel Management and Catering Technology.
- Applicants who have flying experience as Cabin Crew.
- Applicants who have successfully undergone a Course in First Aid.
Candidates should be fluent in English and Hindi and one or more Indian languages. Preference will be given to those proficient in Malayalam.
Marital Status: Unmarried.
Age Limit:Â Between 18 and 24 years
Consolidated Pay:Â Rs.10, 000/- per month.
Physical Measurement:
Height: (i) Female-15.5cms (ii) Male-165. Relaxation of 2.5 cms for SC/ST candidates and those hailing from North-East States & hilly areas.
Weight: In proportion to height as per Company’s standard.
Vision: Near Vision N/5 in a better eye and N/6 in worst eye and distant vision 6/6 in one eye and 6/9 in another eye.
Speech: Clear speech, no stammering, lisping. Command of the English/Hindi language should be with clear understandable accent.
Upper Age Relaxation:Â Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST and 03 years for OBC category.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Group Dynamics test, Personality Assessment, Personal Interview, Pre-employment Medical Examination and Previous Employment References.
Candidates found suitable may be posted at one of the following locations –Â Kozhikode/Mangalore/Kochi/Thiruvananthapuram/Any other base as per requirement of the company.
