Duty Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Ground Handling Agency (GHA) and all other teams at the airport to ensure on-time Performance targets Provide support to staff in case of IRROPs and ensure guests are provided with full support during any disruption. Effective management of available resources at the airport to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Render all possible assistance to GHA and other departments to resolve all sorts of customer grievances. Contingency handling preparedness Monitor and evaluate GHA SLAs parameters through various internal and external reviews and raise deficiency reports. Knowledge of the IOSA standard manual is preferred.

Skills & Attributes:

  • Self-starter and should be able to drive multiple initiatives at Airport Should possess organizational & time management skills
    Excellent written and oral communication skills Should be digitally savvy and comfortable with all modern work management tools.

Work Experience:

  • Years of Experience 5-12 years of work experience in Business operations/Customer facing roles preferably in the Aviation industry

Qualification:

  • Qualification Graduate from a recognized university, MBA will be preferred

 

Ramp Operations Supervisor

Job Summary

  • Responsible for providing effective ramp handling services to all the Air India flights and its’ passengers through close supervision of GHA and coordinating with multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end ownership of ramp handling services.
  • Supervise and guide ground handler’s staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Close coordination with the airline shift manager to ensure on-time performance.
  • Act as a troubleshooter on the airline’s behalf to avoid the aggravation of issues arriving due to ramp activities.
  • Analyze reasons for deficiencies and resolve with GHA in coordination with the airline shift manager to avoid recurrence.
  • Monitor and evaluate GHA SLAs parameters through various internal and external reviews and raise deficiency reports.
  • Knowledge of handling ramp equipment will be preferred.
  • Knowledge of the IOSA standard manual is preferred.
