256 Higher Secondary Pass candidates in Air India.
Air India Charters Limited is recruiting 256 Higher Secondary pass candidates for the post of Airline Attentand. Unmarried/Bachelor candidates and higher secondary pass in any stream can only apply.
Age should be between 18 to 24 years as on 1-1-2011, OBC candidates and SC/ST candidates will receive 3 yrs and 5 yrs as age relaxation.
Required height of the candidates should be 165cm (5 feet 5 inches) where as in case of Female, the height should be 157.5 cm (5 feet 2 inches). Candidates from SC/ST, North-eastern zone and Hill areas will receive 2.5 cm cut-off in height. Candidates should have good eye sight.
Candidates should have fluent English Speaking power along with one or more other language speaking ability.
Preference will be given to candidates who have done First Aid Course and Degree in Hotel Management & Catering Technology or Diploma course pass. Arabic Speaking ability or any other foreign language speaking ability is desirable.
For first year pay scale will be Rs.17000 per month. Among 256 vacant posts there is kept required reserved seats for SC/ST and OBC Candidates.
Jobs will be granted on basis of agreement of First 3 Years which may later increase. Posting can be done anywhere in India along with Cochin and Thiruvanthpuran.
For selection of candidates, first Group discussion and then Interview will be held. And then finally there will be medical fitness test.
Candidates’ selection Interview will be held on 25th January 2011, day time at 9 am to 4 pm at the following address: The Abad Airport Hotel, Cochin International Airport, Vapalassery P.O., Nedumbassery, Cochin-683572.
There is no need to send Application Form to anywhere, candidates should have to directly present at the Interview venue with application. During Interview candidates will require to bring the followings:-
(1) Completely fill-up Application form
(2) Recent One pass port size photograph affixed on the form and
(3) An Account Payee Demand Draft of Rs.300 in favour of Air India Charters Ltd and write payable at- Mumbai. On the back side of D.D. write your full name. SC/ST and Ex-Service man requires no fee or D.D.
(4) Along all these, candidates should bring Attested Copies of their Qualification Certificates and others documents (If any necessary)
