AIRMEN IN GROUP ‘X’ (TECHNICAL TRADES) EXCEPT EDUCATION INSTRUCTOR TRADE
Educational Qualification: Passed Intermediate/ 10+2/ equivalent examination with Mathematics, Physics and English with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English.
OR
Three year Diploma course in Engineering (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Automobile/ Computer Science/ Instrumentation Technology/ Information Technology) from a recognized Polytechnic Institute with minimum 50% marks in overall aggregate and 50% marks in English in diploma or in intermediate/ matriculation if English is not a subject in diploma.
Age Limit: Born between 17 January 2000 and 30 December 2003.
Basic Pay: Rs.33100 per month
Only Unmarried Male candidates from all districts of UT of Delhi and state of Uttarakhand are eligible to apply.
The selected candidates will be sent for a Joint Basic Phase Training (JBPT) at designated Basic Training Institutes located at various air force stations. On successful completion of JBPT, candidates will be sent for trade training of specified duration which will include security training or any other training as per service requirements. During training, a stipend of Rs. 14,600/- per month will be paid to the candidates.

Candidates’ Selection: Selection will be done through Physical Fitness Test (PFT), Written Test, Adaptability Test- 1 and Adaptability Test- 2.
