High Court of Judicature at Allahabad is recruiting 95 candidates for the post of “Law Clerk (Trainee)” in the establishment of High Court, Allahabad/Lucknow Bench. The engagement will be on contractual basis for a fixed term of one year. Interested and eligible candidates may apply on prescribed application format (See below). LAW CLERK (TRAINEE)
Number of Vacancies: 95 Nos.
Qualification: 03 years Professional/ 05 years Integrated Degree in Law from any Law College or recognized University.
Only candidates who have not started practice as an advocate or engaged in any other professional or vocation/service are eligible to apply.
Candidates who have appeared in LL.B. (Final) in 2013-14 Examination and are awaiting results may also apply. They will be required to submit their final mark sheet of LL.B Examination at the time of interview, tentatively on July,2014.
Essential: Candidates must have computer knowledge such as Data Entry, Word Processing & Computer operations.
Age Limit: Minimum 21yrs and maximum 26yrs as on 01-07-2014.
The engagement shall be purely contractual for a fixed term of one year.
Selection of the candidates will be through Interview only, which will be held either at Allahabad or at Lucknow in the second and third week of July, 2014
How to Apply: Interested and eligible candidates may download the application form or may purchased the Application form from the counter in the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad and at it’s Lucknow Bench on payment of Rs.150/- in cash.
Candidates may also download the prescribed application format from the website of the court – www.allahabadhighcourt.in (See PDF file below), in such case candidates shall prepare a Bank Draft or Postal Order of Rs.150/- in favour of Registrar General, High Court of Judicature at Allahabad and shall enclose the same with the Application form.
The application form along with one duly attested copy of High School Mark Sheet, High School Certificate in proof of age/date of birth, Intermediate Mark Sheet, Intermediate Pass Certificates, Graduation/Post Graduation Mark Sheets and Certificates and testimonials regarding Extra Curricular Activities and Computer Knowledge along with two self addressed envelope (size 5”x10”) each bearing postage stamps worth Rs. 22/– should be sent to — the Registrar General, High Court of Judicature at Allahabad either by Speed Post, Registered Post with AD or through Courier.
The envelope containing application should be superscribe in bold letters ”APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF LAW CLERK (TRAINEE)”.
Last Date: The duly filled Application form along with enclosures and Draft/IPO shall reach the above address on or before 15/05/2014 (till 5PM)
