Educational Qualification for Alliance Air Recruitment 2023
1) Officer (Legal):- Candidates must possess a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B).
Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of 03 years of experience in handling legal cases/labor-related matters.
2) Paramedics/ Nurses:- Candidates should have a B.Sc Nursing/Diploma in Nursing/Emergency Medical Technician.
Experience: The candidate should have a minimum of 06 months of experience in a related field.
Age Limit for AAAI Recruitment 2023
(i) Officer (Legal) – The Candidate’s maximum age is 40 years. (The upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC candidates. Ex-servicemen will be given age relaxation as per norms)
(ii) Paramedics/ Nurses – The Candidate’s maximum age is 45 years.

Applications received after the last date will not be entertained. Applications received incomplete or without any supporting documents will not be accepted and the application will be rejected.
Candidates should submit the following along with the application:-
i) A recent passport-size photograph of the candidate should be affixed in the space provided in the application format.
ii) One set of photocopies of supporting testimonials for date of birth, caste, qualification, experience, salary, etc. of the candidate should be submitted along with the application.
iii) A demand draft for an amount of Rs. 1500/- payable to Alliance Air Aviation Ltd., payable at New Delhi
iv) For SC/ST/OBC/EWS Candidates only: Candidates belonging to the OBC category need to attach a caste certificate in proforma for Central government jobs. For OBC category candidates, the category certificate should be in the prescribed format. For employment under the Government of India should be as per the Central List of OBCs published by the Competent Authority and Government of India. The certificate should not be older than 06 months from the date of eligibility criteria. EWS category candidates have to attach income and asset certificates as per the attached annexure.
