1. Stipendiary Cadet Trainee Police Constables (Mechanics): 25 Nos.
Educational Qualification: SSC or its equivalent.
Candidates must possess an Industrial Training institutional Certificate in Wiremen OR Mechanic Motor Vehicle OR Mechanic Diesel OR Fitter.
Age Limit: Minimum-18 years and maxiumum-22 years as on 01/07/2016
Pay Scale: Rs.16,400/- Rs.49,870/-
2. Stipendiary Cadet Trainee Police Constables (Drivers): 134 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Intermediate examination or its equivalent OR SSC or its equivalent and and must possess an Industrial Training Institutional Certificate in Auto Electrician OR Mechanic Motor vehicle OR Mechanic Diesel OR Fitter.
Candidates must possess 02 years Light Motor Vehicle License
Age Limit: Minimum-18 years and maxiumum-25 years as on 01/07/2016
Pay Scale: Rs.16,400/- Rs.49,870/-
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any – As per Govt. norms.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Physical Measurement Test, Physical Efficiency Test, Trade Test and Written Examination. Physical Measurement Test and Physical Efficiency Test will be held in the third week of October, 2016. The Final Written Examination will be held in the third week of November, 2016
Physical Standard:
(i) Height: 162cms (160 cms for ST and Aboriginal tribes in the agency areas of Srikakulam, Vizianagaram, Visakhapatnam, East Godavari and West Godavari districts)
(ii) Chest– Unexpanded 84cms and Expanded-88 cms (Unexpanded-80 cm and Expanded-83 cm for ST and Aboriginal tribes in the agency areas of Srikakulam, Vizianagaram, Visakhapatnam, East Godavari and West Godavari districts)
