Andhra Pragathi Grameena Bank (APGB) is inviting application for 430 posts of Officer in Middle Management Grade (Scale II), Officer in Junior Management (Scale I) and Office Assistant (Multipurpose). 1. Officer Scale-II (General Banking): 11 Nos. (SC—3; ST—3; OBC—4 & Gen—1)

2. Office Scale-I: 163 Nos. (SC—26; ST—12; OBC—44 & Gen—81)

3. Office Assistant (Multipurpose): 256 Nos. (SC—38; ST—18; OBC—69 & Gen—131)

 

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA: Eligibility Criteria is to be considered as per RRBs CWE-III Advertisement published in Employment News/Rozgar Samachar Issue Dated 28th June – 4th July, 2014 released by IBPS and posted on the IBPS’s website www.ibps.in.

Language Proficiency – The candidates applying for the posts of Officer Scale I and Office Assistants –(Multipurpose) are required to possess proficiency in the local language of the State UT i.e. Telugu and shall have studied the language as a subject in 10th level or up to graduation level.

 

Pay Scale (for all posts): Rs.19400/- to Rs.28100/- per month for Office Scale-II; Rs.14500/- to Rs.25700/- per month for Officer Scale-I and Rs.7200/- to Rs.19300/- per month for Office Assistant (M.P.) plus other allowances as per govt. norms.

 

Application Fee: Candidates must pay Rs.150/- (Rs.40/- for SC/ST//PWD/Ex-Serv). through any of the Branches of ANDHRA PRAGATHI GRAMEENA BANK by means of Payment challans available in the Bank’s website www.apgb.in or through NEFT from any other Bank Braches .

Mode of Selection: Selection will be made on the basis of performance in RRBs- CWE-III conducted by IBPS in September/ October 2014 and Personal Interview for all cadres. Merit list of the candidates for final selection will be based on Total Weighted Scores (TWS) obtained by them in CWE of IBPS and Personal Interview.

The Interview will be held at Kadapa centre. Exact Date, Time and Venue for examination will be intimated in due course.
