The screening and evaluation process involves a committee assessing candidates’ academic and research scores using predetermined criteria. Subsequently, candidates are shortlisted for interviews based on a merit list, maintaining a 4:1 ratio determined by assessment scores. The interview is scored out of 100, with a balanced 50% weightage for academic/research scores and interview performance.
