Recruitment of 90 Anganwadi Workers in Child Development Project, Galsi-I ICDS Project, Burdwan. Last Dt. 15/11/2013

Office of the Child Development Project Officer, Galsi-I ICDS Project, Burdwan, is recruiting eligible Indian women to the posts of “Anganwadi Helpers (AWHs)”, under GAlsi-I ICDS Project. Total vacancies—90 Nos. Eligible and interested candidates may apply on prescribed application format with below scheduled date (See below). Educational Qualification norms and brief details are given below —

Name of the Post: Anganwadi Helpers (Females only)
Number of Vacancies: 90 Nos.  (SC—21; ST—05; OBC-A—09; OBC-B—07; PwD—03; General—45).
The Gram Panchayat wise vacancies will be as follows — Budbud:‐ 03, Chaktentul:‐10, Lowapur Krishnarempur:‐ 14, Lowa Ramgopalpur:‐14, Mankar:‐09, Paraj:‐12, Potna Pursa:‐ 7, Serorai:‐11, Uchchagram:‐10 Nos.

Educational Qualification: Minimum Madhyamik pass (Class 10) or equivalent examination.

Residence: The candidates applying for the post must be a resident of the concerned Gram Panchayat under the Galsi‐I ICDS Project area.

Age Limit: The applicant must be within 18yrs to 35yrs as on 21/10/2013.

Candidates’ selection: The selection of the candidates will be through a Written Examination followed by a viva-voce. The total marks for written and viva‐voce will be 100 in the ratio of 90:10. For syllabus of written examination, see the below given PDF.
Admit Cards for the written test will be issued from 18/11/2013 from the office of the Galsi‐I ICDS Project between 11am. to 3 pm. Candidate are required to collect the same on proper receipt from. the office of the Galsi‐I ICDS Project from 18/11/2013 to 22/11/2013.

Following testimonials in attested copies is to be enclosed with the form —

• Educational Qualification Certificate and Mark sheet (including Madhyamik or equivalent)
• Caste certificate in case of SC/ST/OBC category.
• Residential proof (Voter’s card or residential certificate issued by Pradhan-gram panchayat may be given)
• Age proof (Madhyamik or equivalent Admit card can be given).
• 02 recent self-attested passport size photographs (one copy pasted on the application and other copy stitched with the form)
